Welcome to our bright and modern three-bedroom home in the quiet residential area of New Farm Loch, Kilmarnock. Perfect for business travellers, families, and long-term guests, this spacious home offers a comfortable and convenient base in Ayrshire.
Kilmarnock is a vibrant town with a strong sense of community and a rich cultural history. Just a short drive from the property, you'll find local attractions such as Dean Castle Country Park, The Dick Institute, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the town centre.
Thereâs easy access to the A77 and M77 motorway, providing quick routes to Glasgow, Ayr and Prestwick. Kilmarnock Train Station is nearby, offering direct rail connections to Glasgow Central and beyond.
Our home is ideally located just 20 minutes from Prestwick Airport and around 35 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, making it a great base for both work and leisure.

â Our home provides high-quality bed linen and fresh towels to ensure a relaxing stay.

âą Bedroom 1 â Bedroom 1 - 1 King size bed
âą Bedroom 2 â 2 Single Beds (can be connected into a King bed via zip link)
âą Bedroom 3 â 2 Single Beds (can be connected into a Super King bed via zip link)
All bedrooms have 40" Smart TV. All single beds can be reconfigured easily by guests upon arrival to suit your needs by pushing the beds together and zipping the mattresses in the middle. The existing bedding in place can also be used for your convenience.

â There is a clean and spacious bathroom upstairs with a walk in shower that has both an electric and mixer shower in the one unit. â There is also a WC downstairs with a toilet and sink.
