Hi Nikki, Thank you for your feedback. It is so disappointing that you changed your mind about the review you wrote on our guest book in our Condo, it really sounded that you had a great time and you were thinking about coming back! I hope the review you are giving us on VRBO is not a retaliation for the charge on the repair (not replacement) of one of the stools that was damaged during your stay. In your own words “We loved the bunk beds and the sleeping bed in the balcony, the beaches are so fun. We loved staying here”, also your words “Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we can’t wait to come back”. The Condo is NOT a business, it is my family’s summer retreat and it’s also home away from home to you and many guests. As our home we do like to take care of it so that is up to standards for the next guest coming, so yes, some time things happen with furniture that we need to fix and we do have to charge a nominal rate to guest to have it fixed. As you can see we have great reviews -before yours- and we do take great pride on that. A piece of advice for you in the future, if you see something is broken, let the concierge or owner know so we can fix it and ensure it won’t become a problem when you check out. Finally, Daniela is the concierge and she is just in charge of keeping you happy and managing check in and check outs, she never checks the condo when our guests leave, that is the responsibility of other people in our team. About the beach club fees, as Daniela told you, they were new fees for us too, we did not know about them in advance, so they were hidden for us as well (HOA decided to charge, last minute), and that is why after you mentioned it we waved it with out issues.
