For ultimate privacy, our self-contained Studio is all yours. It features its own dedicated sleeping and living area, andâunlike the other room optionsâthe other two bedrooms are securely locked, maintaining complete privacy. However, you're still welcome to use all the main house facilities, including the sofabed for sleeping and day use, kitchen, and shared living spaces. When your booking is confirmed, the whole property is locked to anyone elseâmeaning no additional guests will be staying or entering during your time here.
Our property is a fully refurbished 1900 terrace house located in the quiet area of Newton le Willows. This means there are neighbours on each side of the wall. We've introduced extra insulation but you may hear the neighbours occasionally.
We've taken great care to ensure that all aspects of the house meet European standards, including new insulation and being mold and damp-free. Please note this is not a holidays stay, this property is mainly aiming for contractors, business owners or employees; or visitors staying close to their families or stay in between moving houses. There is no ocean view, picturesque surroundings. This is a street from the 1900 of terrace houses with off street parallel parking
We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, which is why we've made sure that our bedrooms are comfortable, with black-out curtains to block out any light. There are Double or Twin bedroom options available. We also have fast internet and Netflix for our guests to enjoy, as well as a dedicated work/study space for those who need it.
Our property is dog-friendly, with easy access to a patio area where you can enjoy a sitting area. Please note there is no grass on the patio, this is a Terraced property and they don't usually have grassed area. If you prefer having your dogs relieving themselves on the grass, our property may not be suitable. We also charge ÂŁ25 for dog visitors. As much as we try remove all the hair, you may occasionally find one, as it may have floated around when cleaning. If you find it as an issue, then maybe this property isn't suitable for you.
One of our best features is the double sink in the bathroom, making it easier for couples or families to get ready in the morning.
