Cook amazing meals from home in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy a cuppa in the relaxing living room or private garden area.

Comfortable beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen
and feature storage to put your luggage and belongings away.

Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bathroom has freshly laundered towels and bath mat provided.

The living space is well-furnished and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration in the city.

The state-of-the art modern kitchen fully equipped with kitchen hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home..
The dining area seats 4 and is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals together.
OUTDOORS
French doors lead onto a private and relaxing outdoor area.
The property also features a large drive for parking spaces on the quiet road.
Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the property is via the main door to the house. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Property contains one set of stairs parking is available on the drive

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquire for prices and book at least 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
