The fully equipped kitchen is sleek and modern, with built-in appliances and all the essentials you need to cook at home. The dining table comfortably seats four, perfect for shared meals or morning coffee.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
A communal garden with a playground is located just behind the building, inside the secure compound, and is accessible to guests.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
