The 3 bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, new appliances, brand new jacuzzi tile floor and much more. For sleeping accommodations, you’ll enjoy 3 bedrooms awash with an abundance of natural light. The Master features a queen bed with access to its own bathroom, while one bedroom offers a queen bed and the other one accommodates two twin beds.
The big living room includes a modern sofa set, coffee table, big flat screen TV, and free WiFi. The large bright kitchen flows into the living room with beautiful windows on the terrace side that allows breathtaking views. The terrace boasts a grill, patio furniture, a brand new jacuzzi and an unbelievable beach view and unforgettable sunsets!
The beach is only 30m or 100 ft. cross the street and you can also enjoy the view from the beach bars or any of the restaurants that offer Italian and traditional food just steps away. Near the apartment you can also find several shops and mini markets.
Only 30km along the beautiful Southern Albanian Riviera you can visit touristic sites like Llogara National Park at 3,422m or 2,000 ft. above sea level where you can relax and enjoy traditional organic food (lamb meat and home made wine, yogurt and cheese) and Dhermi Tourist Village which is well known for the breathtaking beaches.
Only 35km up north you can visit the ruins of ancient Apollonia founded by the Corinthian Greeks in 588 B.C. Later, under the Romans it became a great cultural center and made a free city as a reward by Julius Caesar for its support against Pompey the Great.
