Spread across two light-filled floors, the house offers three generous ensuite bedrooms, each with super-king beds that can be split into twins on request â making it ideal for flexible group arrangements. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom (one with a bath and shower), along with built-in wardrobes, dressers, and Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix.
At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings, perfect for relaxing after a day on the Camel Trail or nearby beaches. The lounge flows effortlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area â with large French doors opening onto the garden and deck, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The property also includes two balconies with views across Wadebridge and towards the estuary, a landscaped private garden, and dedicated parking.

The property is easy to reach by car and located just a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge.
