"Make yourself at home in our spacious two-bedroom flat, conveniently located near Parsons Green Station for easy access to Central London
Our stylish flats sleep 4 guests in 2 king-size beds. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes.
After each stay, the linen and towels are removed from the property and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners, and soap.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, heated towel rail, and mirror.
The living area is light and airy. Relax on the sofa and watch some TV.
Both bedrooms windows face away from the main street and both have desks for some remote work if needed. Alternatively, we have a large dining table in the kitchen.
Like to cook? Our kitchen has all the amenities and appliances for a light breakfast or tasty dinner.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
