Bournecoast are delighted to offer this first floor modern apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the added benefit of two private balconies. Nestled on the highly sought-after Undercliff Road in Boscombe, this delightful accommodation is directly opposite the beach, offering unparalleled access to the golden sands. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or an activity-packed holiday, this location has it all.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment comprises of two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and benefits from an ensuite shower room and toilet. This bedroom also has a TELEVISION with FREEVIEW and has the advantage of a door which opens to a small balcony, complete with table and chairs for holiday guests to enjoy. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds.
The lounge/diner offers sea views and includes a SMART TV - there is FREE WIFI available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The apartment has a separate kitchen off the lounge which includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. Off the kitchen is a door leading to a balcony which also boasts sea views.
The main bathroom features a compact bath with a shower facility and a toilet.
There is one allocated off road parking space for holiday guests in the parking area at the front of the block.
