A large living room that contains a Smart-TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, desk, comfortable sofa bed and chair.

The kitchen has a large dining table, cooker, stove, fridge, freezer, dining sets, cutlery, pans, microwave, toaster and other cooking accessories that will make your stay great.

The main bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which you can push together.

The third bedroom has a single bed.

The family bathroom has a bath, over-bath shower, toilet and sink.

There is a large garden at the rear of the property.

You can park on the private driveway or in the cul-de-sac.

You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.

We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.

We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.

The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Freckleton. The local shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance.

There is a open playing field and children's play area within easy walking distance.

There are nice walks in the area that lead you out onto the estuary and plane spotters love the area as British Aerospace runway is close starts in Freckleton.

Freckleton is not far from the M55 motorway which leads to the M6 motorway.

Freckleton is well connected via the bus network that leads to Preston, Lytham and Blackpool.

The nearest train station is in Kirkham. However, there are other stations in Blackpool and Preston.

The village has lots shops, pubs, restaurants, parks and more all within easy walking distance.
