A gorgeous little two bed-roomed cottage in Wrea Green, which is close to Ribby Hall Holiday Village and all it's amenities. You're very close to Preston, Blackpool and Lytham if you want to go for a trip.
The cottage has everything that you need for a great stay including high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, Smart-TV and all the kitchen and dining equipment that you need. There is a dining table that can double as a laptop workspace if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
A spacious living room that has two sofas, coffee table, lamp and a Smart-TV. If you have a Netflix account or any other streaming service, you're welcome to login them on the the TV. The living room is tastefully decorated in a vibrant green colour scheme and is lovely to settle in after a long day out.
There is a fully equipped kitchen dining room for you to prepare and eat meals. There is an oven, cooker, hob, microwave and toaster, pan sets and trays for preparing meals. There is a full dining, cutlery set and dining table with four chairs for eating. A kettle for making drinks, we provide enough tea and coffee to get you started - we do not provide milk so please bring some.
A flight of stairs lead to the bedrooms & bathrooms.
There is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. We provide towels for your stay.
The master bedroom is a double bed with bedside cabinets on either side, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We provide bed linens.
The second bedroom contains two single beds with a bedside cabinet between them. You're more than welcome to push these single beds together.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for free during your stay.
You may park on the driveway at the back of the property via the alleyway, although we think it's a little tight for bigger cars or vans so we would recommend parking on the street.

You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay. We are not on site, however, you can message us at any time or call us on the emergency number if required.
We will provide a check-in code for the smart key safe on the day of check-in if you've signed your terms and conditions and provided your photo id.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is situated in the lovely and affluent village of Wrea Green, there is an amazing open green space with a pond and they play cricket there in the summer.
There is a pub for meals and drinks, however, the cafe over the road is a much better place to eat and drink and it becomes a micro-pub in the evening! There is a local shop/mini supermarket for all your needs.
The property is very close to Ribby Hall holiday village and all the amenities that it provides including a spa, leisure centre, petting zoo, parks, woodland walks and more!
The property is 20 minutes from both Preston and Blackpool by car via the A roads. The M55 motorway is a short drive from the property which then links to the M6 if you're travelling via the motorways.
Kirkham train station is a 5 minute taxi ride away and is linked to Blackpool station and Preston station is you need mainline trains.
There is a bus stop outside the house if you want to travel by bus.
