The apartment is only 5 meters from the tram stop “V Horkách” (lines 11 and 14), providing quick and easy connections to Prague’s city center and many other parts of the city. Several convenience stores, bakeries, and small supermarkets are just a short walk away for all your daily needs. The neighborhood offers great dining options, from cozy local bistros to international restaurants and trendy cafés. Popular nearby spots include Havlíčkovy Sady (Grébovka Park), a beautiful park perfect for walks, picnics, or enjoying a coffee with city views.
You’ll also find charming streets lined with historic architecture and plenty of local shops to explore.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a monthly cleaning will be required, which includes changing hotel-quality linens and towels and must be arranged prior to check-in. Additional cleanings during your stay are also available upon request under the same conditions. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

Welcoming package of:

Check-in begins at 16:00. Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.

The apartment uses a self-check-in procedure. Keys are located near the apartment at a luggage storage facility with opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you arrive outside of these hours, please plan accordingly.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and dispose of remaining trash before leaving.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.

Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and for using the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number.

After each stay, an inventory check is performed. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.

6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
