Appartamento Re - Lakeside L&B

Good afternoon Patrick, thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the apartment’s location, close to the centre of Baveno and to all the local amenities. Regarding the shower curtain, of course we intervened as soon as we were made aware of the issue in order to resolve it promptly. As for the construction work, there is indeed a development taking place nearby, and we understand that the associated noise can be unpleasant. We do, however, take note of your comment regarding the information provided in the listing and will make sure that this aspect is communicated as clearly as possible, so that future guests can make their booking with full awareness of the surroundings. Regarding the terrace, we also take your comments seriously. The apartment is cleaned before every arrival, although an outdoor terrace can unfortunately be exposed to elements from its surrounding environment, particularly in an area where construction work is taking place. Nevertheless, we will review this point with our cleaning team to ensure the terrace is presented in the best possible condition. We regret that these circumstances affected your stay to the extent that you decided to leave earlier than planned. At the same time, we would like to clarify that there was never any intention to conceal information about the property or its surroundings. We will review the points you have raised, together with the circumstances of your stay, and will come back to you regarding your request.
