The property comfortably sleeps up to six guests across four bedrooms, with a layout ideal for families or groups. Two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a double bedroom with a bath, and a pretty single bedroom, along with a separate shower room with cubicle shower, heated towel rail, bidet and toilet. There's also an additional separate toilet near the utility room for extra convenience.



Upstairs, you'll find a spacious ensuite bedroom, which can be set up as either a king or twin bed - please specify your preference when booking. This room includes a TV and an ensuite with a bath, overhead shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. A second single bedroom on this floor offers additional flexibility for your group. A cot and highchair are available on request.



Beyond the property, you're just two miles from Llanidloes, a pretty little local town known for its charm and character. It's home to pubs, cafés, two supermarkets, and a variety of small independent shops, providing everything you need for your stay. For a day at the coast, the seaside towns of Aberystwyth, Aberdovey, and Ynyslas are all around an hour's drive away.



Outdoor lovers will be spoilt for choice, with nearby highlights including the Elan Valley's dramatic reservoirs and waterfalls, scenic walking and cycling trails, and opportunities to spot red kites or explore the Gilfach Nature Reserve.
