About the property
One of three barn conversations on the site, Trefoil Barn provides a wonderful place to stay with family, friends or your significant other. You'll feel a sense of happiness from the moment you step inside thanks to the vibrant and colourful decor throughout, while the vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls are a nod to its architectural roots. Should you wish to explore the area, you're perfectly placed to visit some of North Cornwall's best beaches for water sports, and the tranquil countryside for wild adventures.
The space
Paving the way with warming underfloor heating, the barn conversion begins with a bright and welcoming living space complete with a lounge, dining area and kitchen.

After a day of exploring Bude's countryside and coast, relax on the sumptuous sofa and cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove with your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Meanwhile, the fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Prepare delicious feasts, before retreating to the four-seater table to wine and dine together.

Venture to the ground floor where you will find two stunning bedrooms. In keeping with the theme of the barn, both bedrooms have been uniquely designed with high-quality soft furnishings and vibrant pops of colour. There's a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom in between.

Outside, you'll have access to a large lawned garden with a BBQ, and table and chairs for alfresco dining in the sunshine.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
