Coach House 5 in Kinfauns, Pershire, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Coach House 5 consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The dining area offers seating for six people, and the sitting room features a TV. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of one double with en-suite walk-in shower and handrail, one twin with en-suite, and one twin, along with a bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. Outside, there is a private enclosed sun terrace with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry no commercial bookings (not suitable for work vans). Sorry no stag or hen party bookings. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.4, a pub and 0.7, the River Tay. Please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price; however, there is an additional charge for pets (25GBP per pet per booking) and travel cot and highchair hire (10GBP per item per booking).
