Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Dorset Creek is an exquisite 5 bedroom lakeside property with alfresco kitchen and hot tub for a luxurious lakeside staycation. This sumptuous property offers outstanding interiors and an abundance of space for up to 12 guests. Owing to the bedroom configurations we recommend this property is most suited to a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Its large outdoor kitchen and hot tub, boosting stunning lakeside views will see your family enjoying quality time together in the great outdoors.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing. A spacious and bright entrance hall, with a feature staircase, is flooded with light from the window on the first-floor landing which leads to a generous open-plan living room benefitting from floor-to-ceiling windows providing a panoramic lakeside vista. Equipped with a log burner, for those cosy winter nights in and large sofas and dining table with seating for twelve; this property offers ample family space for relaxing and dining, complemented by a contemporary well-fitted kitchen. For those wishing to unwind and watch a film, there is a separate TV room snug with comfy seating and a cupboard full of board games. On the ground floor, you will also find a W/C and utility room.
The top floor boasts a stunning feature king-sized bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room and private balcony. There is another double room with en-suite and own balcony to the front of the house, a bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (top bunks suitable for children only), a twin room with study area and another double bedroom with ensuite. Three bedrooms all enjoy lakeside views from the rear balcony. There is also a family bathroom with separate bath and shower and his and hers sinks.
The expansive exterior of the property houses outdoor lounge and dining furniture, a charcoal BBQ, wood-burning pizza oven and gas BBQ. The sunken hot tub is a particularly appealing feature!
As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability. Also on site is a gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments, and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizzas and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
