- Strictly NO PARTIES- the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbours' by avoiding any loud or disruptive behaviour/ There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction, a fine and no refund.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
- CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras are located inside the apartments)
- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst you privacy is in mind, so is your safety.
Registered Guests only: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests. No registered guests are allowed in the apartment or on the premises.
You have access to your flat and parking.
Hosts will be available via the Messaging app or via telephone throughout your stay.
Strictly No Parties - you will be asked to leave immediately.
