Our studio apartment with balcony is the ideal choice for those seeking a romantic escape or a regenerating break in one of the most evocative places in Italy.
Every day you will be enchanted by the spectacle of the lake extending before you, framed by mountains. The private balcony is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, moments of relaxation or a toast at sunset.
Comfort and style in a single environment: the apartment is furnished in a modern style, with neutral tones and essential lines. The space has been designed to offer functionality and well-being: you will find a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything necessary to cook as at home. The living area is completed by a comfortable double sofa bed and a complete bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

The studio apartment is part of a well-maintained residence with only 34 apartments, equipped with a panoramic solarium terrace and condominium garden, ideal for enjoying the sun, reading a book or simply letting yourself be lulled by the lake breeze.
