Located by a peaceful meadow just a short walk from the River Thames and trendy Iffley and Cowley Road, famous for it's eclectic restaurants and lined with bars, music venues, shops and more.

This is a home and not an 'empty box' as such, please kindly treat it with the same care you would your own home, it'd be greatly appreciated!

By car: 5 minute drive. Allocated parking space included for one car (not suitable for a people carrier or van).

FURTHER AFIELD From the city centre you can catch a train or 24/7 bus servicing London and surrounding airports (also available from St Clements).

OUT & ABOUT
Cowley Road (10 min walk) is famous for its eclectic restaurants and is lined with bars, independent shops, music venues (O2 Academy) and the independent 'Ultimate Picture Palace' cinema. There you will also find supermarkets, salons, ATMs, pharmacies and all the essentials.

Some fabulous gastropubs are nearby including The Magdalen Arms and The Chester Arms, renowned for their steak platter.

Aston's Eyot nature reserve (3 min walk) is an expansive woodland where you can see both Muntjac deer and collegiate rowers while walking along the River Thames. Not much further down the river is Iffley Lock.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.

PARKING
The allocated parking space included for one car is not suitable for a people carrier or van.

WIFI
Wi-Fi may be suitable for basic browsing but is not reliable for streaming, video calls or remote work.

TV
You will need to use your own login details to access on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

BOOK SHELVES
Please do NOT climb the staircase/bookshelves as featured in the property photos.

BELONGINGS
Some of the hosts belongings are in just one compartment of the wardrobe, but not to worry, there is plenty of space/ empty wardrobe compartment for guest use.
