Guest access

House Rules & Important Information

Smoke-Free Environment
For the comfort and safety of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping apartment. A significant fine will be incurred for any violation of this rule.

Third Guest Accommodation
We can accommodate a third guest, typically a child, on a double-sized inflatable sleeping mattress. It comes complete with a hand pump and a built-in pillow for your convenience.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Service
For stays longer than a week, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service is required. Our housekeeping team will clean the apartment and refresh your towels and linens. This service incurs an additional fee, which will be charged via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Please refer to the house manual for pricing details.

Electricity & Load Shedding
While less frequent in Cape Town, scheduled power outages (known as load shedding) are a common occurrence in South Africa. To ensure minimal disruption, we provide a UPS for the internet and two battery-operated lights. We recommend downloading the EskomSePush App (using "Sea Point" as your reference area) to stay informed about schedules.

Guest Occupancy
Please ensure that the number of guests staying overnight does not exceed the number allocated in your booking. Kindly refer to Airbnb's official policy for more details.

No Parties
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties are strictly not permitted in the apartment. Any breach of this rule will result in a substantial fine.

Your Safety & Security
For your peace of mind, please securely lock all doors when leaving the apartment. We've also equipped the apartment with a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher for your safety.
