Everything can be reached with a very short and cheap taxi ride.

Taxi's will come to the front door, the main bus stop is just down the road and you can walk to most places anyway.

Main House rule:

After 11pm there can't be any music or shouting outside. Inside is fine to an extent with the doors and windows closed as they are all triple glassed.
- No noise outside after 11pm.
- No big speakers in the day but a small one is fine.
- No more people back to the house over the amount of guest capacity.
- Keep the house clean, take your rubbish with you.
