Welcome Travellers to our lovely, spacious property in the centre of Gzira.

With a 10 seater sofa, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen this apartment offers top notch comfort for large groups. Perfect for fun or any related visit and with a working desk and high WIFI capabilities, work/study trips this is a perfect example.

Also included is a private terrace, with Lugers and outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

This property can easily sleep 8 guests in complete comfort w/AC.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| features a fridge, oven, and a complete set of cutlery allowing you to effortlessly prepare meals. The kitchen also leads to a private outdoor terrace, a drawcard of our property. Deckchairs, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill set the stage for memorable alfresco dining under Malta's starry skies.

Living area| As you step inside, an expansive and lavish living area awaits you. Grab a seat on our comfy ten-seater sofa and unwind after a day of exploration. Keep up with your favourite shows or enjoy Netflix on our large smart TV. Drenched in natural light, the living area offers direct access to a small balcony with relaxing views of greenery.

1st Bedroom is a double bed
2 nd is a Double bed and a single bed
3rd has 3 single beds.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.

Gzira is a charming town located on the northeastern coast of Malta, situated between the bustling city of Sliema and the capital, Valletta. It's a vibrant and lively neighborhood that offers a mix of residential areas, commercial hubs, and scenic waterfront views.

Gzira enjoys a prime location with easy access to various amenities and attractions. Its proximity to Sliema means residents have access to shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options within walking distance. Additionally, the capital city of Valletta is just a short bus or ferry ride away.

One of the highlights of Gzira is its picturesque promenade that runs along the coastline. Residents and visitors often take leisurely walks or jogs along this scenic stretch, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Valletta's skyline.

The neighborhood offers a variety of dining options, ranging from local eateries serving Maltese cuisine to international restaurants.

Getting around Gzira and the surrounding areas is relatively convenient due to the availability of various transportation options:

Public Transport: Malta has an extensive bus network operated by Transport Malta, offering routes that connect Gzira to other towns and cities across the island. The bus service is a cost-effective way to travel and explore different parts of Malta. Bus stops are conveniently located throughout Gzira.

Bolt: Bolt operates in Malta and provides a similar service to Uber. Users can download the Bolt app, register, and request rides within Gzira and other parts of Malta.

Uber: Uber also operates in Malta, including areas like Gzira. Visitors or residents can use the Uber app to request rides and pay electronically through the app.

It's worth noting that while ride-hailing apps offer convenience, their availability might vary based on demand and the time of day. In some instances, especially during peak times or in less busy areas, traditional taxis might be a more immediate option.

Additionally, Gzira's compact size makes it relatively walkable, allowing residents and visitors to explore the neighborhood on foot easily. The seaside promenade is a particularly pleasant area for a leisurely stroll.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
