On the ground floor, you'll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and crockery, everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. This level also includes a single bed made up with hotel-quality linens.
For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
Upstairs, two elegantly decorated bedrooms await. One is furnished with a UK king-size bed, and the other with a UK queen-size bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
There are three well-appointed bathrooms, each offering everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Step outside to enjoy the private terrace, complete with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge âŹ120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of âŹ180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
