Villa Irida is a newly built luxury retreat that blends Cycladic charm with contemporary elegance and comfort. Ideally located just 150 metres from the iconic Super Paradise Beach, this exquisite property is shielded from the northern winds and enjoys sweeping views over the Aegean, making it a serene yet accessible haven. Set across three cascading levels, the villa’s expansive terraces and infinity pool offer both private and communal areas to soak in the Mediterranean sun and sea views.



Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and guest WC, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Large windows flood the space with natural light and lead out onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A wooden staircase bathed in daylight ascends to the first floor, where guests will find four bedrooms—three with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed—all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these rooms also feature private balconies with sea views. An additional single bedroom with en-suite shower is also located on this level. The top floor is reserved for the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace commanding panoramic views.



Outdoors, Villa Irida offers a private swimming pool with sun loungers, lounge and dining areas, and elegant terraces furnished for leisurely afternoons and starlit dinners. Modern amenities include air conditioning throughout, smart TVs in every room, Bluetooth speaker, espresso machine, dishwasher, hair dryers, safe boxes, and Wi-Fi internet access. A washer and dryer are available upon request for an additional charge. The villa provides secure parking for up to five cars and is protected by an alarm system.



Daily light cleaning is included along with bi-weekly linen changes, professional pool and garden maintenance, and 24/7 guest support. The villa spans 370m² within a 4,000m² plot, with a 20m² pool.



Villa Irida is just 200 metres from Super Paradise Beach and is conveniently close to Mykonos Town (7.6 km) and other notable beaches and beach clubs such as Psarou, Paraga, Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Ftelia, and Kalo Livadi, all within a 15 to 20-minute drive. The airport is located just 4.8 km away, while the port is 10 km from the property.



Please note that quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00. A damage deposit of €2,000 is required in cash on arrival and will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. This villa is not suitable for parties or events.
