Charming private accommodation with an unusual layout, ideal for guests comfortable with facilities located outside the bedroom itself.

Please read the layout carefully before booking:
* Bedroom: Private ground floor bedroom for your exclusive use.
* Private Toilet: Located outside the bedroom on the ground floor (not inside the bedroom).
* Private Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor for your exclusive use, but separate from the bedroom.
* Private Shower Room: Located on the first floor. Guests must leave the bedroom area and go upstairs to access the shower room.
* Communal Balcony Access: The bedroom has direct access to a shared communal balcony area used by other residents/guests. For privacy, we recommend keeping the bedroom curtains closed, especially in the evenings.

Although all facilities are completely private and exclusively for your use, this is not a traditional studio apartment where all amenities are contained within one self-contained room.
This setup may not suit guests expecting an en-suite or fully self-contained studio layout, so please ensure you are comfortable with the arrangement before booking.
