Villa Cap Azur by Fantasia Villas

The azure waters of the Caribbean are the star of the show at the newly built Villa Cap Azur (AZU), an elegant newly built home in Pointe Milou. The luxury rental property has views over Pointe Milou, the Bay of Lorient, the islets of Chevreau and Fourchue from nearly every room, and the infinity pool seems to merge with the horizon. On clear days, St. Maarten is visible in the distance.

Then again, you may be more focused on what is happening inside, as Villa Cap Azur is well designed for sharing with a group of friends. The house is stylish, comfortable, and laid out in a way that allows people to have privacy or come together in various places. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and chaise lounges in the sun around the heated pool.

Indoors, Villa Cap Azur has a clean, contemporary decoration with a lot of white and navy details. The central communal areas are designed according to an open concept, with an indoor living area that can be closed off and air-conditioned or fully opened to the terrace to allow for indoor-outdoor living. On one end of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, which has indoor and outdoor dining tables.

The five bedrooms are all well separated from one another. Each one has an ensuite bathroom, television, and private outdoor space. Two of the bedrooms are located to the left of the shared space, with one directly accessible from the indoor living area and the second in a separate bungalow.

Another two bedrooms are downstairs, and one of them has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king. The fifth bedroom is also in a private bungalow, this time to the right of the living space and kitchen. This bedroom has an outdoor shower as well as the conventional one inside.

The villa also has a fitness room and a cozy, air-conditioned entertainment room. For those who prefer to explore St. Barth, the house is also a good base, with a location near the Christopher Hotel and convenient access to both sides of the island.
