The property is just a 5-minute walk from Southampton Central Station. Regular trains run from London Waterloo, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, and other major cities.
🚌 By Bus There are several bus stops nearby on Shirley Road and Wilton Avenue, with frequent services such as:
Bluestar 4 & 18 – direct routes to Southampton City Centre, General Hospital, and surrounding areas
UniLink U6H – fast access to the University of Southampton and the airport
🚗 By Car Newcombe Road is well-connected to major roads:
A33 (into the city centre and docks) – 5 mins
M27 & M3 motorways – 10–15 mins for travel to Winchester, London, or the South Coast Free on-street parking is available nearby (no permit required).
✈️ From Southampton Airport: Take a direct train from Southampton Airport Parkway Station to Southampton Central Station (approx. 7 minutes). From there, it’s just a short walk to the property.
🚖 Taxi / Uber: Taxis are available from outside Southampton Central Station. The journey to Newcombe House takes around 2 minutes by car or 5–7 minutes on foot.

A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
