Our kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, complemented by a welcome basket, brimming with essentials.

**Dining:**
Enjoy meals together at our charming dining table, seating 6 with cushioned benches and stools, plus two lap trays for extra guests.

**Lounge:**
Relax in our comfortable L-shaped seating area, which includes a pull-out double sofa-bed beneath the window seat. Entertain yourselves with a 40-inch Freeview TV or dive into our box of family-favourite board games for a cosy night in.

**Bedroom One:**
Features a luxurious double bedroom, complete with a vanity area and a double wardrobe. For your convenience, additional bedding, pillows, and blankets are neatly stored under the bed, while a hairdryer and straighteners await inside the vanity stool.

**Bedroom Two:**
Offers cosy twin beds, equipped with a bedside light and a single wardrobe. Like the first, additional bedding, pillows, and blankets are easily accessible under the bed.

**Bedroom Three:**
Discover the charm of this snug room, featuring two comfortable twin beds, a soothing night light for a restful ambiance, and ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

**Bathroom:**
Features a generously sized shower and sink, accompanied by essential toiletries and towels to ensure you have everything you need.

**Toilet:**
A separate WC adds convenience to group stays, making it easier for everyone.

**Outside:**
Indulge in alfresco dining in our fully enclosed decking space, amidst the tranquil beauty of River Meadows, featuring a modern bistro-style seating setup with a dining table and meadow views.
