Though attached to the main house where your host lives, it has its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. You’ll have total privacy throughout your stay. The location is peaceful and scenic – just 200 metres from Canada Common, where ponies roam freely and walking routes stretch in every direction. You’re also close to traditional country pubs like The Rockingham Arms and The Lamb Inn, and a 5-minute drive from Headlands Farm Coffee Shop – perfect for breakfast or a slice of homemade cake. For days out, enjoy local highlights like Mottisfont House, Romsey Abbey, Paultons Park, Moors Valley Country Park, and Calshot Activity Centre. Beautiful beaches such as Lepe, Mudeford Quay, and Bournemouth are all within easy reach. A car is recommended for exploring the area, though once you’re here, you’ll find walking and cycling routes right from your doorstep. The space can accommodate one large car or two smaller cars for parking. - Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
