Located on the lower ground floor of a period building in Pimlico, this one-bedroom flat offers a calm and well-designed space with a private courtyard, ideal for solo travellers or couples. With a spacious layout, separate laundry room, and excellent transport links nearby, itâs a great base for exploring Central London.

Located within walking distance of the apartment are a variety of pubs and coffee shops, additionally there is the Tate Britain, showcasing British art from the 1500s to now, and the River Thames which is just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
In just a five minute walk youâll be at the Pimlico underground station or the nearest bus stop, giving you easy access to the rest of London. Additionally, there is the option of Uber and taxi services.
Other Things to Note:
This is a lower ground floor apartment with a small number of steps leading down to the entrance. While it remains a peaceful and private space, lower ground floor homes may naturally receive less direct sunlight and can stay cooler throughout the day.
Please note that the apartment is currently for sale. This means occasional property viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will visit the apartment on the morning of any scheduled viewing to tidy the space, and guests will always receive advance notice of both the tidy and the viewing.
