Welcome to our freshly refurbished 3-bedroom basement flat in the heart of Tulse Hill, South London! This is a great spot whether you're visiting for work, a city break, or just need a comfy place to stay with friends or family.
The flat has a large open-plan living and kitchen area â perfect for relaxing or catching up after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and thereâs a massive TV in the lounge with access to all your favourite streaming channels.
There are 3 double bedrooms, so plenty of space for everyone, plus 2 full bathrooms â one of them is en-suite to the master bedroom for a little extra privacy.
Out the back, thereâs a private patio space (currently unfurnished but great for some fresh air), and we also offer a car parking spot at a really good rate if you need it.
The location is super convenient â Tulse Hill Station is just a short walk away, with regular trains (every 15-20 minutes) taking you straight to London Bridge. You get the best of both worlds: a quiet neighbourhood feel with easy access to the buzz of Central London.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
