This airy, ground-floor apartment sleeping four guests is a lovely base for a holiday on the beautiful North Cornish coast. Perfect for a family or friends sharing, your seaside getaway is a 500-metre stroll from the sweeping expanse of sands, backed by rolling dunes. The beach is a favourite for surfing and swimming, with seasonal lifeguard cover, a surf school and watersports equipment for hire. Children will enjoy paddling, crabbing and hunting for seashells along the winding River Gannel, which runs onto the beach. Crantock is home to a historic village pub serving homemade food, a shop and a post office, with more shops, restaurants and gorgeous beaches in bustling Newquay (3.5 miles). Keen walkers will head for the splendid South West Coast Path, with sandy coves below, where you may spot resting seals. Discover a Cornish gem at the National Trustâs Trerice (4.5 miles), a delightful small Elizabethan house set in a charming garden.
Set in a small complex of similar properties, the apartment opens from the hallway to a light and spacious open-plan living space, with far-reaching views of the sea.
