A damage refundable deposit of euro 1.500, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
