A two bedroom, one bathroom modern apartment in the heart of the old town just moments from many local attractions.
The Space:
A fourth floor, two bedroom apartment conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous fantastic attractions, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes` walk from the Quay and all its activities.
Modern apartment with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a TV and Wi-fi. Fully fitted kitchen area includes electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan. Also, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There are two bedrooms - a Kingsize double bedroom and a further double bedroom. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking â Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - TV and WIFI.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, Extractor, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Drying Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. One pet permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train â the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
