Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 7 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 11pm.
All waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
