The bedrooms consist of three doubles and a double with an en-suite. There is a bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC, and cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with raised decking, artificial lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Torbay, the Eden Project and the sandy surfing beaches of Devon and North Cornwall are all within an hour’s drive and provide activities to keep all the family happy.
