The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC, and a twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture, a shared front lawn area and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: The picturesque village of Belton lies in beautiful Leicestershire countryside and has a pub with award-winning restaurant and a shop. More facilities can be found close by in Shepshed, which was mentioned in the Domesday Book, with its individual shops, cafés and pubs, and many ancient buildings dating back to the 17th century. Nearby are the 200 square miles of the National Forest, an environmental project covering parts of Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The area offers many wonderful walks of varying distances, adventurous cycle routes, horse riding, fishing, numerous watersports and off-road driving experiences in a variety of vehicles. The National Forest area also provides many museums, country houses and gardens, fairs and festivals, as well as riverside regattas, concerts and theatre performances. Within an hour’s drive are the Peak District National Park, Chatsworth House and racing at Uttoxeter. A wonderful area for a memorable holiday at any time of year.
