On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a cozy double bed, and another featuring a double bed plus a single bed, which also includes a personal safe. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all essentials—from cookware and utensils to a classic filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine—perfect for preparing everything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The spacious living room invites relaxation, complete with a smart TV and PlayStation 5 for all-age entertainment.

The guests have full private access to all areas of the villa outside and inside. No shared areas.
