Luxurious Townhouse in Town Centre with Two Bedrooms, Parking & Garden

This quirky property boasts two spacious bedrooms, a beautiful garden and driveway parking for two cars - an almost impossible find in this incredible town.

Decorated with bold colours and cosy furnishings to make your stay as welcoming and unique as possible, we hope that you will feel instantly at home and have a great base to enjoy our fabulous town, with the High Street just a few minutes walk away.

Downstairs, the hallway opens to several rooms. On your left, you can find a well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven and induction hob, as well as a tall fridge freezer and plenty of storage for all your cooking needs. The living room comes with an L-shaped sofa, elevated 40" Samsung TV and its own Netflix and Disney accounts - so you don't have to worry with the faff of logging in and out - and a lovely dining table that seats four. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs, you can find two beautiful bedrooms - one king, and one double, each with a tall wardrobe and drawers, accent chair and bedside tables with Pooky lamps. The mattresses, duvets and pillows are all premium quality and designed for maximum comfort. Also upstairs is the family bathroom, complete with bath and shower over. We provide plenty of additional amenities such as all towels, hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

To the rear of the house, through the living room french doors, there is a secure garden for sunny days and pets to enjoy, with a patio and dining set, lawned area and plenty of lovely shrubs and flowers. There is also side access to the garden through a secure gate.

We hope you'll find time to be able to visit some of the many magnificent pubs, bars, shops and events that Cheltenham has to offer all throughout the year. We are very lucky to have Pittville Park and Cheltenham Racecourse just minutes away as well as tonnes of other entertainment options. Upon booking, you will receive a link to view a bespoke manual for the house that details everything (hopefully!) that you could need or want to know when planning your stay - dog walking routes, takeaways, theatres, cafes - it's all there! Of course, if you have any additional questions, I am at the end of the phone and always happy to speak with you.

We adore well-behaved pets and would never ask guests to leave their furry friends behind on their travels, however, we do ask that they remain on the ground floor and avoid the carpeted upstairs as well as any furniture. This is so that anyone with allergies who may book in the future can also have a restful night. We charge a small fee at booking stage which covers additional cleaning following any friendly fluffs departures. Please do let us know that they will be joining you so that we can provide them with a welcome gift too!
