Beatrice Manor is a luxury 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house situated in the heart of Southsea. With 4 generous bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, downstairs WC and 2 En-suite shower rooms, it can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
Complete with spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, TV room, snug and enclosed garden with seating for 8. Located just a short walk from the city centre providing excellent access to local amenities and attractions.
Just 15 mins walk to Southsea beach, South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you.
It’s less than a mins walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Westwood Rooms (live music venue).
Just a 10 min drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, plus more restaurants and bars and a cinema. Also in proximity, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park. The living spaces is cosy and perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofa while watching your favourite programmes on the smart flat screen TV's in TV room and Snug Room or enjoying a meal all together at the large dining table that comfortably sits 8 people.

All bedrooms have been created with great attention to detail. With hotel quality beds and linen, perfect to settle down in to after a long day.

The property has a modern and stylish family bathroom and 2 En-suite rooms, as well as WC on the ground floor. We provide fluffy hotel quality towels, complimentary shampoo, shower gel and handwash, so just one less thing to worry about packing.

A well-equipped kitchen is suitable to cook the majority of dishes with plenty of pots, pans, crockery.
The bright and spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking with colleagues, friends and family. It is also equipped with a Nescafé compatible coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with coffee pods, coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets to get you started, so you don’t have to run to the shop as soon as you check in.
