Casa Neve is a welcoming apartment located in a quiet area, where you can relax without having any kind of disturb, on a hill above Gravedona, at 1500 meters from the lake.
From the balcony of the bedroom on the first floor, you can enjoy a very suggestive glimpse of the lake.
Within a radius of about 1km you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, petrol station, pharmacy), and less than 1.5 km you will be directly on the shores of the lake.
The accommodation has a kitchen complete with stove, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee maker; a living area with sofa and TV;
The main bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the lake; the second bedroom has two single beds.
On the ground floor there is a service bathroom with toilet, sink and bidet.
Upstairs we find a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower with shower cubicle and washing machine.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.
The apartment is on two floors, the first floor is reachable by an internal flight of stairs.
The house has a free reserved parking space right next to the structure.
