Excellent villa located in the centre of Vila Nova de Milfontes, 500 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the famous Mabi pastry shop, with all the services, shops and restaurants just a few steps away.

The accommodation:
When you enter the gate of the villa, you're greeted by a terrace with a leisure area with a table and sofas.

Ground floor:
Large living room with fireplace and large TV. Guest bathroom with shower area.
Large kitchen where you'll find all the utensils and equipment you need to serve yourself.
Access to the garden, completely private, green space, with hot water shower area, annex with barbecue and games area, a stimulus for socialising with family and friends.

1st floor:
The large Malhão Suite has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, sofa and TV. It also has a fantastic west-facing terrace with a table, 4 chairs and two armchairs for relaxing and sunbathing.

2nd Floor - The Milfontes Suite has a double bed and two single beds in separate rooms. Private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar and TV. East and west sun exposure. Two skylights with views of the countryside, sea and town.

We believe that a good night's sleep makes all the difference, which is why we've opted for excellent mattresses to give you a good night's rest.

Canoeing or stand-up paddle: ideal for exploring the river to the rhythm of silence.
Trails and walks: Rota Vicentina trails, such as the Historical Way and the Fishermen's Trail, with incredible coastal landscapes.
Nature watching: the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park is rich in fauna and flora.
Cycling: there are rural paths and trails along the coast.
Surfing and bodyboarding: especially on the more open beaches such as Malhão.
Sport or traditional fishing.

3. Excellent gastronomy:
A Tasca do Celso - One of the town's most emblematic restaurants. Specialities: monkfish rice, prawns with açorda, fish cataplana, Alentejo-style pork and selected wines from the region.
O Porto das Barcas - This is an excellent option in Vila Nova de Milfontes, with breathtaking views and ever-present music, especially for those who enjoy fresh fish and seafood from the Alentejo coast. Specialities: Gambas à Brás, Octopus da Costa in a frying pan with sweet potatoes and sea bass fillets with lemon rice.
Ritual - one of the most popular options in Vila Nova de Milfontes, it stands out for its creative cuisine and cosy atmosphere. Specialities: Alheira Croquettes, Portuguese Steak, Salmon Pattaky and Ceviche.
Paparoca - A more relaxed place, ideal for a quick meal. Here you can find salads, sandwiches and delicious dishes of the day.
Laréu - for a delicious brunch or just a coffee accompanied by a slice of delicious cake.
