Great Townhouse and Owner

Stephen was great owner/host to our stay in Breckenridge, Colorado. Anytime we had a question, needed any information, or needed anything on our stay, he was easy to get a hold of and very proactive. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable, and updated to our needs. We hope to return next year too. Thanks again, Stephen for being such a great host/owner.

Perfect Vacation Home

We just got back from a 5 days stay and highly recommend this home! There was the perfect amount of room for 2 families with kids. The location is close to both Breckenridge and Frisco; it was convenient to get to the hill for skiing and to Frisco for shopping and dining out. The home is 2 stories which provides space for the kids and parents to share a space without feeling crowded. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we needed and the living space was open, allowing for lots of family fun. We had a wonderful trip and would stay in this home in the future if we take another trip to Breckenridge,

Great property

Nice and clean. Location can’t be beat. Free shuttle to town and the slopes. Stephen was a great host checking if we needed anything and gave us great tips on the slopes and local area. I hope it will be available when we get back to Breckinridge!!

Thanks for the kind review, Gary. I enjoy the location of my home as well, not quite in town however close enough and the HOA shuttle is a huge plus.

Annual Trip to CO

Every summer, we plan a trip to visit Breckenridge/Summit County. We have stayed in several different places. This townhome was perfect for us this year. Whenever we had a question, we had no problem communicating with the property manager. It was a great visit this year. We would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Great amenities and location

Loved the hot tub after a day skiing. It’s an easy ride to the Breckinridge gondola and downtown- as well as Whole Foods in Frisco. We like to cook and found this to be the best stocked of all the rentals we’ve been in - with things like spices and teas. We appreciated little extra touches like charging cables, humidifiers and water bottles. The development has an upscale look and feel and is also just around the corner from snow shoeing/ cross country skiing. Would definitely come back.

Spring break ski trip!

Very nice home, and close to everything we wanted to do. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. It felt very cozy and home like. We hadn’t planned on getting in so early, but Stephen was very accommodating and allowed us in early which helped having two kids and getting ready for a day on the slopes.

Great location! Comfortable and pleasant!

We traveled with my 8 yr old son, 12 year old nephew, and mother in law (party of five) and the Home was perfect! No more than a 10 minute drive to peak 9. Stephen was great and very responsive. Didn’t need anything.

Beautiful townhouse w/in minutes of downtown Breckenridge and ski slopes.

We loved our stay. Stephen thought of everything to make this a home away from home- right down to charging cords for the phone and snacks in the fridge! The house is welcoming and beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The gas fireplace really kept the home warm and the hot tub was a great place to relax sore muscles after a day of skiing! Stephen is very accommodating and answered questions right away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephen!

Very nice property with lots of room and in a great location.

This was a beautiful property in close proximity to the mountain and close to the golf course. Very nice neighborhood and situated on a quiet cul de sac. 2 story duplex with a garage, which was great to have with the snow that came in. Nice back patio with your private hot tub. The living area was comfortable with a sectional couch and two reclining chairs and open kitchen with a wonderful fireplace that really heated the area. Downstairs half bath and washer/dryer. Ample area at the front door for ski gear and room in garage for it as well. Upstairs there were three large bedrooms that were decorated nicely and very comfortable beds. Two bathrooms upstairs that were oversized, with a sunken tub in the master. Great shower head in the master bathroom. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The HOA offers a shuttle service during the ski season and you can call and they will pick you up etc. I would totally recommend this condo/townhome and would love to stay there again. Stephen was very nice and accommodating and answered any texts or questions I had. Great place!

Excellent stay close to Breck

Property was exceptional. Very roomy with living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and dining downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Well equipped with everything we needed and the use of the garage was a great addition. Shuttle bus to Breck stops right out front. WiFi worked with no issues.
