This is a lovely room in the loft, with an en-suite shower and a compact kitchen.
We are just a two minute walk from the main street of Gorseinon which has a number of pubs bars and restaurants . The bus stop is outside the apartments which go to Swansea and Llanelli. A ten minute drive from the M4 Motorway, Junction J47. Well placed for exploring the Gower beaches and Wales Coastal Path. Conveniently located for Swansea or further afield, Cardiff and West Wales by car or train
Studio 4 is located in one building with several other apartments. 1st floor one bedroom suite, combined lounge/bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and kitchen. Compromising of a double bed, small seating area and a smart TV. What we love is the natural light that beams through this room as you see the sun rising.
Ideal as a place to sleep whilst you explore The Gower and surrounding stunning beaches. Close to local amenities for convenience.
Itâs hosted and managed by the KG Inspired Property Group, a team that has a large portfolio of properties across South Wales. The team prides itself on looking after all guests and ensuring any questions or issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Strict COVID-secure cleaning procedures are in place to ensure the house is in spotless condition ahead of your arrival.
Ensuring each and every guest has the best time in Swansea, however long youâre staying for, is the primary aim of our team. Thatâs why as well as presenting an immaculate property, we will do all we can to help you with any issues or questions that might crop up during your stay. With this in mind, our team will share their contact details with you once your booking is confirmed.
We will take calls and messages between 8am and 10pm, please contact us during these times should you need anything. We will aim to respond outside these times but is not guaranteed.
It was a small village until the late 19th century when it grew around the coal mining and tinplate industries. It is situated in the north west of Swansea City Centre, around 6 miles.
Gorseinon still maintains it's local village feel with modern retail shops on the high street such as your local supermarkets.
During your stay with us why not visit, Waterfall Country, Red Kite Feeding Station, National Show Caves Centre for Wales, Afan Forest, Walters Arena(BMW Off Road Skills) & Gower Peninsula can all be accessed approx 1 hour by car, whilst the Black Mountain Pass & Brecon Beacons National Park are within a short drive from the house. You have the benefit of a leisure facility at Penyrheol Leisure Centre with its Swimming pool, Sports and Theatre complex.
We have Free parking dedicated for our customers. Local bus routes and bus stops are outside the home, this will take you to the main bus station in the heart of Swansea. There you will be able to catch a bus to take you to your favourite destination. If you are driving, then Park Tawe offer free parking and from there you are only a 5 minute walk away from Swansea City Centre
We want to be able to provide a safe and comfortable home during your stay. Due to the current lock downs in Wales we ask all of our guests to please abide by the laws surrounding travel. You can check this information on the Welsh Government website.
Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes.
Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
The parking space is on the side of the house and is ideal for smaller vehicles.
There is CCTV located on the premises.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Not suitable for pets. Sorry.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM (next day) and please check out by 10AM
