New for 2021, a collection of 10 smart and modern studio apartments near the Liberty Stadium, Swansea. Stay here as a solo guest, small group, or party of up to 28 and get parking. Ideal for contractors and work colleagues on business in South Wales. All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, and there’s a communal laundry room. The location is convenient too, just 2 miles outside Swansea city centre.

Book one. Book a few. Book them all. This is a modern and conveniently located development featuring 10 studio apartments, a selection that sleeps up to 2, 3 and four people.

There’s parking right outside for several vehicles and more parking just a couple of minutes’ walk away, so you won’t have far to wheel your luggage.

Once inside, you’ll see a fully refurbished home-from-home that’s ideal for a group of contractors or work colleagues visiting Swansea or South Wales on business. Or maybe you’re a group of friends in the area for a sporting event. Or perhaps here to celebrate a special occasion. Either way, you’ll find a clean and comfortable welcome right here.

As mentioned, there are 10 self-contained studio apartments in the same house. However many rooms you book, you’ll get a modern, recently redecorated space to call your own with brand new carpets and a comfy double bed. (In 2 of the apartments, the bed can be arranged as 2 singles if you prefer.) In this room it has a double bed and a 2 single beds.

You also get your own kitchen where you can store food and prepare tea, coffee, and meals. Plus your own ensuite bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. There’s no sharing showers here, so make yourselves at home!

There is a communal utility area featuring washing machines, tumble dryers, irons, and ironing boards, so you can keep your clothes / work clothes clean and smart. Really handy if you’re booking a long-term stay.

The apartments are located within easy driving distance of many of the local area’s key leisure and business destinations. Let’s take a look at a few:

THE LIBERTY STADIUM: The home of Swansea City FC and Ospreys RFC is easily reached from here. So if you have tickets to a match, or perhaps an invite to a corporate or other event taking place at the stadium, book a stay for you, a few, or a big group of you, and it won’t take long to get to the stadium and back.

SWANSEA CITY CENTRE: Whether you’re working here, or want to to check out the shops, stores, bars, restaurants, and/or pubs, Swansea city centre is just 2 miles from the studio apartment complex. It’s easy to drive to or why not hire a cab? Your hosts will suggest the best company to call.

SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE: It’s one of the many attractions in the city centre, and just a few minute’s drive from the development.

SWANSEA LC WATERPARK: The biggest indoor waterpark in Wales is not far too, great for a day out if you’re looking to make a splash!

GOWER PENINSULA: Why not slow down the pace with a visit to one of the beautiful local beaches, including Three Cliffs Bay?

MUMBLES: Perhaps the area’s most famous seaside resort, Mumbles is in Swansea Bay and features restaurants, shops, and other attractions.

MORRISTON HOSPITAL: Want to stay near someone having treatment here? No problem. Check for availability.

SWANSEA UNIVERSITY: Staying here is a good option if you’re working at, visiting, or studying at the local university.

DVLA: For visitors or employees at the DVLA, we can offer a smart place to stay that’s not far away.

SWANSEA MARINA: Treat yourself to a drink, meal, or day out at one of the local area’s most glam locations, and do a bit of boat watching!

WORKING IN SWANSEA
It’s easy to get to Swansea Enterprise Park and other industrial, retail, and business centres from the apartments.

Parking is available outside the apartments on a first come, first served basis. Don’t worry if there’s no room when you arrive, you’ll find more parking space just a couple of minutes’ walk away Your hosts will show you where.

But bringing a car isn’t essential as you can catch a cab from the railway station if you arrive by train, and use taxi services during your stay. You can even use local buses, or walk to the city centre if you fancy it!

Please check all Covid-19 guidelines for your stay in Wales via the Welsh Government website.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM
