Villa Traversi is a historic 19th century villa completely renovated. With its own access to the lake with a private dock, the villa position is perfect to visit Lake Como either by boat or by car, being in Laglio, North of Coernobbio which is 7 km away, all the services are within walking distance in less than 500 meters there are restaurants, bank, shops etc. It’s beautiful garden offer a wonderful view of the Lake it is equipped with lunges and garden furniture perfect to sit on ad enjoy the panorama by a century old Lebanon Cedar tree and an Olea fragrance which perfumes the air with its white flowers. In the middle is a small fish pond with a waterfall and a bronze statue representing a Faune.

there is also an equipped area with table chair sand barbecue for al fresco meals, complete the garden a wonderful Infinity pool (8x3,70) with a jacuzzi on the corner, pool can be heated on request;

The villa is on different levels also the garden has access by a staircase, not very suitable for people with walking difficulties.
As member of the Experience Villas Collection, Villa Traversi will be pleased to offer to its guests a 1 hour boat tour along the lake.

First floor: large kitchen with dining corner with a table for 8 people, fully equipped with large fridge with icemaker, espresso machine, American coffee maker, 2 ovens, toaster dishwasher.
Large and bright living room with working fire place, elegant sofas, and dining area which opens to a terrace equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dinner.
Second Floor: One double bedroom with lake view; bathroom with bathtub; Bedroom with twin beds which can be joined to become double; Bedroom with twin beds which can be joined to become double; the two bedrooms shares a bathroom with bathtub and shower, all the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Third Floor: Bedroom with twin beds which can be joined, lake view, AC, safe, bathroom with marble basin, Large Jacuzzi shower with Chromo therapy.
General info about beds: The Green Traversi bedroom, the Pink Fornasetti bedroom, and the Red Camelia bedroom have memory foam mattresses. The Yellow bedroom has 2 standard mattresses. All the bedrooms have memory foam pillows.
LOWER LEVEL: Family room with plasma SAT TV, SKY TV, stereo: a comfortable space to watch a movie, listen to music or play billiard while gazing at the garden below. Laundry room with washing machine iron and iron board.

The Guests of Villa Traversi will be welcomed by our ARRIVE AND RELAX SERVICE included on price:
It consists in a “brought-in“ dinner that is left to be re-heated by the client. No service is provided. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner.
Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included.

Milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 7 nights, changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible at the following costs:
Between 7.00 pm and Midnight for an extra fee of 100 Euro
Between Midnight and 6.00 am for an extra fee of 100 Euro

Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 4000.00 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Maid service 3 hrs on Monday and Wednesday
Bed linens changed on Saturday
Bath linens changed on Wednesday and Saturday
