Villa Eminentia is located in the village of LiĆŸnjan, just 900 meters from the sea. Itâs perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria. Pula Airport is 14.2 km away.
Outside, there is a private pool with sunbeds and two sun umbrellas, a covered terrace with a barbecue, and space to enjoy meals outdoors.
The villa has five bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning, and three bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the ground floor, youâll find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony with a beautiful sea view.
