All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, satellite tv, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning.

There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs. The villa has one parking space.

The nearest beaches are Psarou-Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi and Ornos beach.

This property is part of the Free Cancellation Program. All reservations cancelled between 59 and 7 days before the day of arrival will be fully refunded.
In order to activate the free cancellation, the deposit must have been paid and the balance must be paid by the due date indicated in the booking.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 1 week; 5 nights from 23 Sept. to 31 Oct.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
