Casa sotto la Quercia is 2 km from the historic center, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, has a view of the hills and the village with its Tower which is full of events, parties and festivals, therefore a destination for many tourists. www.visitcittasantangelo.it

Casa sotto la Quercia is located about 15 minutes by car from the sea and shopping centers, 20 minutes from the Torre del Cerrano, 40 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 1 hour from the mountains of Majella, Gran Sasso and the Abruzzo National Park.

Casa sotto la Quercia is on one level inside a villa, it has a size of 110 sqm. , with independent entrance and space in front with table and chairs under a hundred-year-old oak tree, is comfortable and functional, very cool in summer as it is semi-basement and warm in winter with underfloor heating and a fireplace in the center of the room.
Parking on site two meters from its entrance, no wi-fi but well served by the main telephone operators.

The house is accessed via three steps, directly into a large tavern with entrance and bookcase, large window with a view of the historic center, fireplace in the center of the room completely open, kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge and freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, double sink, large 12-seater table, 55-inch TV, relaxation and reading corners with armchairs and sofa, hallway and closet.
Large bathroom with all sanitary facilities, shower with "floor level" entrance very comfortable and suitable for disabled people, towels and shower towels, liquid soaps, first aid kit, hairdryer, bathroom heater / fan, washing machine, drying rack, small ironing board with iron.
A first bedroom with 1 double bed where it is possible to add a cot in the case of a newborn or child 0-3 years, upon request at the time of booking at a cost of 15 euros per day.
A second bedroom with 2 single beds, upon request at the time of booking it is possible to add a 5th bed with a pouf bed or sofa bed, at a cost of 15 euros per day.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, chairs, blackout curtains, mirrors, additional pillows, additional blankets, one of the two is equipped with a small desk, while the other has a chest of drawers.
All beds are equipped with linen, blankets and pillows, a set of towels is provided per person, any changes of towels and linen are available at a cost of 10 euros per set.

Delivery of documents upon arrival for web registration with the State Police

Not permitted : parties / events - bringing animals - smoking in the house
Extra supplies of towels and / or linen at a cost of 10 euros per set
